Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched same day if you place an order before 2 Pm via Royal mail 1. Class post with proof of sending. If you prefer delivery by Royal Mail Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to a total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. We are using a patted envelope and extra internal packing for being sure you receive your fuses safely. If you have received damaged packing or goods please contact us in 12 hours.

Return

If you receive wrong items or any mistake made from our side we are very happy to accept your return and fully refund your money.

If you order mistakenly wrong items or unused, unwanted items we are happy to accept your return again but we do charge a %20 handling fee and you have to pay Item return posting fee.

Before return any items please call us from  07795803425 for getting RMA reference number. Without RMA number we do not accept your returns and we do not accept any responsibility for your returned items.
